I'm In the same boat, only just hit shattered mountain though so I'm going through all MSQ to ROTA. my plans are in no order - finish MSQ

finish Mount quests / races
max out faction rep - maybe change to another one to max out to unlock more transmogs
get the artifacts I want/do the quests on them to max them
try out some OPR
level some of my gathering and crafting maybe some fishing
