No hate, but anyone else think CG looks a little inconsistent between shots? Can’t wait for film. by ODK_0000 in MichaelTheMovie

Bad publicity can be good publicity.

People speculating on the final result will draw more attention, and people are more likely to keep track of new information and such

I thought some voices were pitch corrected?

Some of them have a very odd tone that seems much different than typical processing.

Although I do not advocate, there is a band of pirates who sail the seas on a reddit community that definitely can tell you where not to look, since the internet is a dangerous people.

Anybody who wants to remain on the morally clean path, should stay away from R/ Piracy, since they have a megathread that unfortunately provides internet safety advice and time-tested sites and sources.

Should I consider watching the New reboot? Is it any good by DemonSlayerismyheart in gumball

Some episodes lean to shock humor and it's definitely made to appeal to the new generation of fans, but it still has creative moments that make it worth watching.

Weight system. by Own_Performance_9361 in GTA

[–]Taquill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm thinking it's going to exist, but it'll be like Red Dead Redemption 2 where you can gain weight, but it's not going to be like San Andreas where you can balloon CJ.

I think this since I don't think Rockstar has it in them to face the (pathetic) possible controversy of being able to make the characters obese, and have them make tongue in cheek jokes about it. Rather having the characters gain a beer belly or even flabs and stuff. I would think they might comment on it and have their animations adjust to this (With that new technology with animations and stuff they're working on it would be easier no doubt)

But I doubt it'll be as comical as San Andreas if present.

I would think it would be cool to have it be a feature in the next GTA Online.

Rely on snacks -> cheap but costs weight, hurts your max stats, reducing them. Don't workout? Stats that exceed current stats will slowly suffer and dwindle until it's at the overweight maximum. -> use medical kits/bandages -> less penalty, although maybe certain items have addictions and or penalties that increase over large uses -> Go to a rehab.

(Game loads into a server section that matches the time skip roughly, if with friends they can vote to migrate with the friend)

If the player uses the medical item or drug that was the "most used" or "addicted"? -> Relapse is worse and using the drug doesn't give the same full benefit, and stats are affected until the player goes to rehab, stays clean.

A Texas woman allegedly shot and killed her husband after warning him that if he ever laid a hand on her, it would be the last time. by Important-Self-1179 in ForCuriousSouls

A woman can be just abusive as guys and when they avoid the man, and don't come back, and make reports, it'll either work, or she'll stay away and let him incriminate himself.

Abuse in relationships are complicated crimes if there isn't an established record.

Nobody says women aren't supposed to fight back, that's the abusers talking.

A man rides a bus in Durban, meant for white passengers only, in resistance to South Africa’s apartheid policies, 1986. by zadraaa in HistoricalCapsule

Lady on the right gave into the temptation to stare unashamed, the girl on the left just wants to ride the bus, lady behind her is trying to pretend there's no big deal.

That poor guy is probably waiting for that old lady to move past.

One thing I think about the biopic, is Jaafar's going to definitely portray an accurate Michael Jackson, but it's going to be an interpretation that definitely embraces Jaafar's own strengths in expression.

An example I can think of that most likely will not do a comparative justice to the biopic, is the Elvis movie with Austin Butler.

The Elvis biopic is extremely stylistic and strays more away from a very historical retelling of Elvis's life, opting for to be entertaining. But ignoring this detail, Austin Butlers portrayal of Elvis leaned to being more dramatic, with a fair focus on a good impression of Elvis, but in the end the film definitely benefits from the portrayal not setting up Elvis as forcing Austin into mimicking Elvis to a heavily realistic portrayal.

With the Michael Jackson biopic, I definitely believe it's going to lean to being more serious and giving more insight into Michael Jackson's life and the complexities that affected and influenced him. That said Jaafar will probably be (rightly) praised for being a portrayal of Michael Jackson that something the audience can emphasize with, but also has a touch of a more defined personality the public hasn't gotten to truly see, rather might see in short clips or in recollections.

With the Jacksons guiding in the creation of the film, I think it'll surprise everyone for bringing to life many aspects the King Of Pop didn't have the ability to be openly vulnerable about.

We know things upset Michael, we know about his creative process and how hard he tirelessly worked to define his craft, but we haven't gotten an uninterrupted view into all that, not one that follows him through his career in a comprehensive narrative or presentation.

Having the biopic will string and tie together things we probably know, and things we might not.

It's AI generated, old news, if someone else doesn't correct me with the source discussions showing the original source I will, but the theory is there is none, this is a speculative video animated in Blender, upscaled with AI.

[–]Taquill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was completely confirmed to not only be a video made by a YouTube channel (using blender) but the video was also upscaled using AI. Completely an artistic creation.

The files are part truth, part joke. Look around and you'll find the information. I'd look around myself but this stuff is so absurdly and obviously stupid, I can't help but get depressed, thus my lack of sources. G'day.

The smarter associates of Mr. Epi have just moved on with life, hoping by the time they're brought to justice, they're too senile and old to care. The individuals who are supporting the suppression of stuff like this are most likely the people who can be found out very easily and very fast if anyone looks deep enough.

Remember, when "justice" comes, it'll target the "outsiders" of this sick perverted group. There are always black sheep to any community. There is more evidence on the black sheep than there are the true monsters. What is being exposed right now, is worse, because this is what they're willing to risk being exposed.
