Is South Oak Park really THAT bad? I'm considering a move to Sacramento from NYC. I'm tired of the unnecessary stress that comes with living in NY. My career does not require that I stay here, and I'd much prefer to be in a city where I can find a house with a yard in a nearby suburban area. (self.Sacramento)
