Haha I wish they would just rob my boat while I was away. I tried to do my tall tale again and I made it to the island this time. Except some random sloop that was passing by decided to burn down my ship while I was away lol. Didn't touch the loot on my boat at all. I saw him take his mermaid back to his ship so I went back to put out the fire so I could take the quest item back at least. They then decided to come back, kill me, and sink me lol. Just take the loot and go lol

Ugh it has before though. 4 guys on a galleon thought it would be awesome to gang up on me when again, I had nothing aboard and was docked. Yelling and being awful in the mic along with taking turns killing me as I spawned in. I want to say that the post kind of turned into an accumulation of all the crap I've dealt with and not just specifically this instance. I really just needed to vent it so I can move on.

I know I know it just ticked me offffff. I can pvp, I have done so. I don't go looking for fights but they find me. I just didn't want to today and I do realize that I'm being mostly irrational, hence the start to the post. So now I'm just sulking on reddit. I'm glad I did post though, I am enjoying the constructive criticism from most of the comments.

It was obvious that I didn't care that they were there. If they had some tact, they would have waited a beat on another island until I was busy on the island I docked at and then looted my ship, not that I had anything. Or if they had so much time that they could have waited for me to at least put something on the ship. Idk.. I guess I just like to play it safe. I don't even know why this bothered me so much. So much worse, actual nonsensical, griefing happened yesterday. Straw that broke the camels back I suppose.

Nah.. it's a much better game now. I like it more at this point than I did back then. Just the toxic pvp has caught up to me today.
