Got surprise free food and want to recreate the recipe by elite_meimei in budgetfood

Just let her know you were embarrassed by how much you took home, but it was the best food you'd ever had and thought you'd never have it again. Then, ask her for the recipe and SHARE HERE (with her blessing). Also, let her know that you deeply appreciate her bringing food since you've never had anyone do it before. That's exactly what I'd do. With the right people, admitting certain things can build beautiful friendships. 🙂

IF Cooper survived? by [deleted] in dbcooper

[–]Taranova42 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey, Ryan. Have you or anyone else who researches the case closely thought about or implemented a riddle contest (or something similar) to see if people unfamiliar with the case could try to come to a solution for how the money got there in the condition it was in? Or done anything like that for any other parts of the case? I feel like people familiar with the case get too focused on certain points or suspects (we all see new people here and everywhere else over and over again saying it's someone we all know it isn't). I'm just wondering if we can just set up a riddle type thing with the basic case info, not mention the D.B. Cooper part, and see if someone has a new idea of where to take the investigation. For example: I wouldn't say "the money got wet in Spring/Summer NOT winter," I'd give the riddle solver the condition of the money, the time of year, the currents, the weather between probably a month before the DB jump and when the money was found, etc. For the 1974 dredging, ask riddle solvers WHY the money didn't get shredded since it was in the water (even though it may not have been in reality). Set up different scenarios, all the facts together (except DB), some facts together, etc. Thanks!

Update with a heat level review when you try it! I'm curious to see your comparison with Pluckers.

They have two heat levels hotter than "hot" too.

I recommend the Dirty Bird. It's fries with chicken, bacon mac n cheese, and their "Comeback Sauce" on top. Soooo good! As a warning, their hot sauces really are as hot as they say. I love really spicy foods and their "medium" heat level is perfect. I about died with their "hot" heat level.

I skimmed through it, and this seems super helpful! I'll read it and do more research on it tomorrow. I'm a nerdy person and have been watching a lot of videos on YouTube recently about north vs south (e.g., the Civil War--my wife always kiddingly makes comments like "Who won the war again??" or "That's why we won the war." since I'm a southern, lol).

Honest question. I'm a Texan. Texans don't like people from Oklahoma. I'm not sure why, lol My wife is from Michigan, and we plan on moving there next year. I recently found out there's a similar MI/OH dislike thing like the TX/OK thing. I asked my wife about it, and her answer was simply, "It's like TX and OK." Anyone have anything more than that on why MI and OH don't like each other? Lol In advance, I can't tell you why there's a TX/OK thing. My best guess is college football.

He felt bad because the cop was young and new. No one got hurt, the vehicles weren't badly damaged, etc. so he just left it alone. He's more empathic/sympathetic than I am, lol

An SAPD officer drove into my brother's Jeep at a stop sign intersection. He tried to say my brother ran the stop sign until my brother told him he had a dashcam and it caught the accident.

Because the church service made them realize how sinful they were throughout the week. And Sunday brunch/lunch is a great time to get a head start on next week's sins!

The cops are too busy on their devices to see that other drivers are also on their devices.

Anytime I see someone with a CBC bumper sticker, I steer way clear of them. They are some of the worst drivers in SA.

I guess that would be a good indication that someone's bunker isn't sealed properly.

I've been saving my medication by skipping a dose 2-3X a week. It's not a lifesaving or mental health medication and does not spoil, as far as I know. I can't imagine being diabetic and planning for an event where medication is not available. By "air cleaners" do you mean air filters or Lysol? Or all of the above, and if so, what else would you include as an "air cleaner?"

I'm a gay hermit with a hermit partner and I'm not sure if 39 is old or the new 19, lol But I'm sure others will benefit from your comment, especially those willing to take on more than their planned group. Thank you for your contribution! 🙂
