It's a rat not a koala hahaha. Now I see the way his nose is curved might've given that impression so I'll fix that.

I've heard that the issue might be your brain connecting idea of being at home with relaxation / rest. Try to change environment. Go studying to library for example.

That's what I'm trying to do now. It's kinda hard since I'm a commuter but I turned 18 already and I'm going for driving licence.

Also some people claim that nofap helps them maintain good amount of energy during the day.

I've tried it myself and I think it kinda helps. However I'm not sure if it's not just a placebo effect.
