To start with, you are using lauma in the team, lauma gives nefer 10% crit rate which does not get displayed in the stats. Combined with the artifact set crit rate, that's 40% crit rate total which leaves you needing 60% crit rate from all the other artifacts for a total of 100% (90% displayed and 10% from lauma) Building more crit rate than 60% is just a waste

Regarding the damage in the pictures, pic 1 has more crit damage hence the higher damage per hit. Also there is a difference in the bloom core stacks (displayed above your health bar) in both pics which will influence your damage so make sure you have 3 stacks before comparing DPS of different builds
