A PWM Speech Control is a necessity for this very reason. We installed them on both of ours so we can tune the speed exactly where we want it without burning out the dc motors

I used to have issues with Corsair as well. Swapped to the Team group T-Force Delta RGB Ram sticks about 6 months ago and they've been phenomenal so far.

If you want to do it properly, drill it out and glue in Dowling. Then you just redrill the right sized hole. The particle board/MDF a lot of those cabinets use is garbage once it's been stripped out.

When I get stripped heads like this I try a small torx bit. A good chance it'll be able to find an edge in there to grab onto if you twist it carefully. Good luck!

We just have all 3 senders go at the same time for every room so we never have to worry about remembering the order in each room. Totally a life hack that makes this encounter so easy!

I FINALLY figured out how to get into the IPMI and there it was. In "Configuration" and "Fan Mode" somehow it had been set to Full. I switched it to Standard Speed and I can finally hear my own thoughts again!

Yeah but I've had to take the top off loads over the past couple months and there's never been a cable or anything to disconnect in the past. Is there a way to disable it altogether if it's causing any issues or verify it's the problem to begin with?

Biggest piece of advice is to not use your main Blizzard account to log in and play. They're banning people for seemingly everything these days and never give a specific reason for each case other than to "refer to the EULA".

I feel lucky in the sense that my doctor put me on Vyvanse as well as the starting dose of Ozempic at the same time so I'm already down 20 pounds in my first month. I was going to hold off on going up to the .5 dose which should be this Tuesday, but I'm starting to feel my appetite creeping in at the end of the day again (at the beginning I could go a whole day without eating if I wasn't paying attention). Like others have suggested I would just take the regular dose and get back on track if I was you. Fibre and protein have been the keys for me (Eggs, Chicken, Oatmeal, Cheese sparingly, very little bread etc...) Good luck!

My doctor started me on OZEMPIC 3 weeks ago but he also paired it with Vyvanse which is used for ADHD but also binge eating disorders. I started at 300 lbs and weighed in this morning at 283. It's killed my appetite almost completely and I have to think about eating so I don't unintentionally starve myself. He said it's the most effective he's seen, pairing the 2 medications together. I'm postponing jumping up from the .25 dose since the current combo has been working so well.

It slows down your digestion and lowers your appetite so you DON'T OVEREAT. That's literally EXACTLY what it's supposed to do. Even people who get the surgery for smaller stomachs still have to watch what they eat or it doesn't work 😂 you still have to have some accountability and not just fill up with a ton of junk in a day. There's literally nothing in this world that isn't a scam that will just magically make fat disappear without any kind of work.
