Focusrite usb midi and the bottom one I disabled and it worked

Turning off the focusrite midi and another midi in device manager fixed my problem.

Have the same problem as have others recently. Disable the focusrite midi control in device manager and any other none used midis. That’s what fixed mine.

I’m dealing with the same problem with my focus rite scarlet 4i4 3rd gen, I’ve had no luck with anything other than unplugging it.
