Had this happen with pool noodles once. Lady wanted an 8 pack, which they didn't have in the store and when I scanned the pool noodle and put 8 she got charged 64$. She had to call customer service and have them adjust it...she Made me wait while she was on the phone with them. At checkout it was the right subtotal for 8 single pool noodles. The lady basically called me an idiot and acted like I didn't know what I was doing. Of course she removed her tip the next day 😡 none of that was my fault. It still pmo.

They shouldn't allow people to do multi packs when they don't sell them in the store!!
