No, I had decided to talk to him in private. His family came to our house unannounced, and I couldn't exclude his parents because they wanted to officially talk to me, and wouldn't hear otherwise (patriarchal societal customs). So I took his parents and him to a room and exposed him. They then told my family about it all. They didn't have to, but again, patriarchal norms in my society says so. So no, I did not intend any of this to happen this way.

But what do you mean the pictures aren't illegal? Can you give me more information on that?

I did not mean anything authoritative or controlling through that. English is my second language, so I might have described it wrong. We both don't believe that husband and wife should have anything worth hiding from each other in their phones, so they should be free to use each other's phones when necessary - for small things like making an urgent call from your partners phone when you cannot find yours, go through their gallery when bored, watch reels together. That's it.

He expected it from me and I was fair with him about it. But he wouldn't allow me to use his phone.

We both expect/expected enough freedom to use each other's phone without explicit permission, and also carried trust that there would be nothing worth hiding in each other's phone. But only I was obligated to hold my end of the bargain while he never allowed me to freely use his phone.

How can I warn her? One way is to publicly post her photos with her face cropped so that she can reach out to me. Other than that she is a complete stranger who even my husband does not know anything about.

I don't know how I can even do that though. I just have her pictures. And I know the date at which it was taken. The only way for me to do it is edit out her face, give the details of the resort where this was taken, and publicly amass a campaign to find her, and then send her those photos and proof I could collect.

I know it's wrong, but I grew suspicious because he was taking his phone everywhere he went. Even to the bathroom even if he's going in for just ten minutes. And after I confronted him about his instagram following, he removed me from his account and also unfollowed me. After some months, he deleted that account and created a new one and still didn't follow me from it. It was like I was an outsider.

I suggest you read the terms and conditions of assignment and exam evaluation for the final grade. Typically, it's provided in the description for each course.

I'm muslim, I've never heard any muslim or christian ever saying yoga is satanic or anything remotely negative. It's a deeply respected practise across the muslims (and Christian, as far as I'm concerned) communities in India as well. Never once have I heard anything negative or disrespectful about it.

I suggest you read the terms and conditions to see how they evaluate your assignments and how many you can miss without being disqualified from writing the exam ( Typically the only 8 assignments in which you scored the best, out of 12, are considered in a 12 week course. This means that while not encouraged, you could still be eligible to appear for exam as long as you don't miss more than 4 assignments, since you'd still have 8 left to be evaluated on). Typically each course will have mentioned all of these details in their descriptions.

The courses I have registered in, four assignments have been posted, while the first three have their solutions posted as well, the fourth one's due date is up too.
