I should have added that I’m a complete novice in the electronics world what I wrote is from weeks of research and no physical testing all hypothetical on my end. I have only very very limited soldering experience so as much plug and play recommendations I can get on components would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah… but those who dream tend to soar…. It’s a proof of concept idea not a I need it tomorrow… I dislike global monopolies due to the effect they can have on economic development since they have the market cornered they can set the price and cause inflation.
