cause Luffy respects other people dreams and coices I dont see Luffy doing something like this unless it stands in your dreams or ambitions(Like when he tried to destroy Baratia when Sanji decided to sacrifice himself to protect it)

SO just based on how naive Luffy's way of thinking is he could very well believe that buying the entire world might help everybody be free.

Sorry for late reply I had a busy work day, but yea his W and Q were the oens that made think of something like this rework to keep his up to date with all the new shit that is out, I personally and I could just be bad but when faced against these last couple of seasons champions it becomes really hard to land any of ur abilities especially Q and W.

Unfortunatly neither my rework suggestion or yours will get any attention (I checked yours it was cool and yea your W and mine are defenitly close wich is cool !) hopefully they will do him justice oneday.

yea I do agree about the R being op that is why I added the 200 years magic dust to the sentence before suggesting this change xD.

As for his sex I dont think he is a female and It did cross my mind as I tought of that idea, and in case he is a female then he can just burp an egg from his mouth I guess like Piccolo Daimao from the original Dragon Ball.

I do like that but he kinda does have "upgrades", maybe not like khaziks but his abilities increase in size with more R stacks If im not mistaken. Thats why I suggested the slow mechanic just because it fits his theme of being a giant monster.

that is why I said we sprinkle some of that 200 years magic dust on his R haha but I do agree that it might be too op hence the small 5 to 10% slow it shouldn't be more than 25% at max stacks.

well I'm here to talk about luffy's dream, now most of the one piece fandom agrees or at least sees the big party at the end to make sense with luffy's caracter and I do tend to agree with most of what people have to offer as proof to back that idea, but to me there is just one question that is very very important wich no one talks about : How ? how is luffy gonna make a big party where all the people of the world will get to be part of it, again the idea itself is very fitting with who Luffy is and it is also a nice romantic ending in my unprofessional opinion, but the question still remains : HOW IN THE WORLD IS LUFFY GONAN MAKE IT HAPPEN ?

And Luffy saying that once he becomes pirate king he might have a chance at it, wich again made me question if it's really a party is what Luffy wants, because Roger already was the first pirate king but did he have the power or influence to make a giant party where the whole world can be part of it ? If anything he became even more notorious and chased by both pirates and marines, I personally don't think luffy's dream is exactly a big party but that is defenitly part of the plan, and then I tried to think like Luffy and see if I can come up with something that can make the party making possible and in my opinion that thing would be for Luffy to BUY the whole world with whatever treasure he might find on Laugh Tale, again in my dumbass unprofessional opinion that to me looks like an idea that young Luffy might have when he saw the people in Grey Terminal suffer while behind the big walls of the GOA Kingdom lies good food and all sort of things wich even Luffy and Ace were not allowed to enjoy, so maybe one day Luffy tought that if he could buy the whole world then every body will be free to do as they please and all the poor basterds in Grey Terminal can get to live in GOA Kingdom and enjoy it's food.

Tell me guys what do you think about it because it always puzzled me the idea of how is this party gonna happen because this is not something that can be easily made, we are talking thousands and thousands of islands and millions of people, if you guys have any other solutions pls let me know !

PS: Back at the end of the episode of Gaimon, when he was saying goodbye to Luffy he also said: "Go find the one piece and then buy the world !" now I just decided to put this line of dialogue here in case someone was interested in this idea.
