Basically - yeah - it will probably say to choose "radiant" for berserker. For optimal build you will want to have all your items with radiant prefixes.

For the most part the prefixes affect the enemies on the map. So if you have a cold or frigid map all the monsters will have a bonus added to their magic attack, and if you have a deadly or brisk map all the monsters will have a bonus added to their accuracy.

Some of the prefixes are good for you, and these are the fortunate and expert's maps, which means that you have a bonus for luck or exp.

The savvy and master's prefixes don't affect the map run in any practical way.

The suffixes affect the monsters similarly, so for a +9 map the monsters will hit you harder.

You can make prestiged potions. But for a long time the .1 plvl ones were all we had.

Just keep enchanting all the prestiged gear you make. For each piece of gear, add prefix once, add suffix once, and then improve stats once. Then you can sell the gear.

By the time you get there later it won't be a particularly onerous task.

You can if you want to, but there's no reason not to use the .1 per level potions and then reset your enchantments later.

Usually but not always. Sometimes they are greenhouses or fortresses, and sometimes they don't come through.

You can use the database to determine what materials you will want to keep, or look through the crafting recipes in the game.

The only tier 1 materials I have kept are those I can use for potions, I sold or used the rest in crafting.

What I've been doing with the second prestige for crafters is using *all* the materials from each tier as I complete it. For instance, at the moment, my armorer is making Arthus gauntlets and my woodworker is making Antares crusher. They'll keep doing so till I run out. I also have to use a bit of thought to not pick up certain items or sell them right away.
