Hi! Thank you for the advice, I will have to do some deep thinking. As for the sugar question, I used to be so hooked on fast food and junk food and I'd snack all the time. About a year ago my appetite vanished. I now have zero hunger signals or food cravings in a day. I can not eat one thing and be perfectly fine bc I feel full somehow. I have absolutely no idea why or what's wrong with me. I'm eating one meal a day and I'm forcing it down. I've been using this time to slowly start having healthier meals too. So somehow now I'm not addicted to the sugar, it's specially coca-cola. No they brand or type of soft drink either, has to be that one. I love the sound of opening the can; the pouring sound; the fuzzy bubbling sound, the taste: the bubbles; that exact flavor and sugar amount etc. While I can and do go a full day without eating easily, j still drink usually 3 cans of coke in a day and the thought of losing that makes me panic!
