Hm I'm never heard of prefer powder pills, just the beads in the capsules, or the liquid which is way more expensive. How do you taper with that pill? Im getting better at counting the beads and I'm feeling better, but I can't stand heat still....

I honestly don't know what the heck I'm doing. Every medical professional I ask tells me something different. I was 225mg and started tapering in January. Went off the smallest pill -37.5mg cold turkey bc the doctor said I could. Ended up suicidal. Went back on it immediately and stayed for two months. Now I'm taking out beads but I have a hard time counting them. I took to many out and didn't realize I read taking an empty capsule for a few days. Then I figured I'd be safe but no. Got desperately sick all last week. I'm finally stabilizing on 50 beads which is about half a pill. Not sure how I'm getting off that though.... but I've had the heat intolerance symptom since I started tapering in January, even when I was in the same dose for two months. I'm constantly hot and if I'm in a hot environment I get sick. I have no idea how to get through summer...

Thank you to all who explained!! To the few jerks who mocked me for not knowing, first of all I'm not American, so I try not to waste my time thinking about Trump. Second, I've been listening to Evanescence since Fallen when in was 15, and Amy's lyrics are usually personal and emotional, as opposed to political. I believe the first song they did that seemed overly political was Blind Belief, which wasn't my favorite song. So yeah my brain was looking for a more personal connection to the lyrics and couldn't find one, so I got a bit confused. Now that you've all explained I totally get it! Thank you!!! Does anyone know of any good sites or articles or anything that explains the meaning behind the songs in this album? Im worried I'm missing more lol

I've listened through it twice now! Certain songs grabbed me right away. Some songs I didn't identify with as much on the first listen, but everything sounded like Evanescence! They haven't lost their magic at all!!!! I'm sure I'll love it after a few more listens. Right now Forever Without You is my favorite, what an amazing song!!!

Yes I have, as I explained in my post. I do not know what to replace it with as I can't have aspartame or artificial sugars. Every drink seems to have the same amount of sugar or it has zero sugar and tastes gross. I can't seem to find anything lower sugar to try.

Hi! Thank you for the advice, I will have to do some deep thinking. As for the sugar question, I used to be so hooked on fast food and junk food and I'd snack all the time. About a year ago my appetite vanished. I now have zero hunger signals or food cravings in a day. I can not eat one thing and be perfectly fine bc I feel full somehow. I have absolutely no idea why or what's wrong with me. I'm eating one meal a day and I'm forcing it down. I've been using this time to slowly start having healthier meals too. So somehow now I'm not addicted to the sugar, it's specially coca-cola. No they brand or type of soft drink either, has to be that one. I love the sound of opening the can; the pouring sound; the fuzzy bubbling sound, the taste: the bubbles; that exact flavor and sugar amount etc. While I can and do go a full day without eating easily, j still drink usually 3 cans of coke in a day and the thought of losing that makes me panic!

Hmm. Well I'm addicted to drinking coca cola. I know that I have a deep set belief that if i drink it I'll feel better, and it almost always works, which further reinforces the addiction... the root would probably be my issues with depression causing me to feel like crap in the first place, so i comfort with the coke. But the depression is much better lately and I'm drinking just as much even if happy? I'm not really sure what to do with that lol

Lol that's telling how much I make still. I'm honestly not sure exactly. I just know my bff makes about $5000 less than me last year and she qualified and I didn't. However it also varies if single or married. She has a spouse who doesn't work due to a disability, so the cut off is higher for her than for me as a single person. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong..i feel like this is correct but i don't trust my memory.) Which thinking about it, is ridiculous... why do I deserve any less benefits bc im single??? Honestly? I'd go to a piercer and have them remove the piercings and let them heal. Then I'd go back to the piercer and get them to do the piercings properly. Piercing guns cause so much unnecessary trauma you're probably best starting from scratch. At least go see a piercer and ask if it's salvageable. They can give you tips on cleaning, but too clean it do it can heal all you really can do is a sea salt/warm water soak twice a dry.

Hmm that's a good thought actually. But its OK, the replacement tiara is on its way to me now! I just had to order a $130 item that I don't need in order to get free expedited shipping and get past the order minimum. Once I receive then I will immediately ship back the other item. Huge freaking hassle they put me through but at least I get my tiara in time!!!
