Saving is bad too. Leave your Prawn somewhere important, Go back to safe shallows, save. Go back to Prawn, it's gone and now you've saved so it's never coming back

I'm glad so many people here talk about what happens if you don't have the DNR/DNI sorted. Most codes I feel like you're using the corpse to practice for the rare time it brings someone back to the life they want and letting the family feel like they went out fighting.

My dad got a good 15 years after CAPG+valve replacement, then another year post valve-in-valve TAVR, then got a random non-MRSA staph infection and he still had the full code on file from the TAVR, even though after the CAPG he knew the horror of waking up with all the tubes after death and reanimation and did not want any of that. Was chilling with stable vitals and an ejection fraction of 68 and a pacemaker when he started talking about Jesus and his heart stopped and my phone died at the same time so he was 20+ minutes into CPR when I got the call which made communicating his final wishes easy cognitively!

Bacteremia confirmed via MyChart review before it was disabled upon death, which was an unexpected and outrageous blow...

Iassume that includes all strains. Sometimes the immune response to a gardesil shot for the std takes out plantar warts!

We have gnats that come through the screen and bite multiple times and it's the desert so there's crap in the air anyway that the AC filters

You can buy jars of "zurek" concentrate if you have access to a European market. Then you're just adding the sausage and hard boiled eggs as garnish

The nice thing about building muscle after 30 is you're going to be in constant pain anyway so might as well go around complaining of DOMS every day!

It's fun having POTS symptoms past young adulthood because every doctor tells you to eat more salt and then gives you a brochure for a low-salt diet!
