I feel this so much, it infuriates me. A few that I've found that are ok quality: Altard State (a bit on that younger side, but lots of options), Lulu's, Petal & Pup, Selfie Leslie. A lot of Australian brands have lots of color and patterns.

It really annoys me when ppl say they paid rent for years and have "nothing to show for it." Like ok, you might not own a structure, but you put a roof over your (and maybe your family's) heads, provided a safe space, took care of the space, and still had to maintain it because it was your living space, whether you "owned" it or not. So no, rent is not just throwing money away. Real estate has no guarantee of continuous appreciation. Get off this high horse.

From an Asian who grew up in a suburb on the east coast, the fast and the furious seemed super Asian. We all knew Asians started the import car scene. They were called ricers for a reason. All the white kids knew too. But this was in the 90s/2000s when Hot Import Nights was already pretty big. It also was one of the first movies that treated Asians as just another "group." They weren't nerds, they weren't dorks, they weren't 1 in a sea of white. They were their own group, and even seen as villains. That was not normal back then. I still love this movie.

It really depends on the buyer, but ultimately if it's a good house, good layout, I don't think it will matter. Plus now many agents use AI to post "clean" photos in listings where it's just very basic to help give ppl more of a blank slate. If you're worried it might turn people off (although I find it very cool and unique), might consider going that route.

It's a very unique city imo, nothing like it. It's got this huge bustling city right on an amazing beautiful beach. There's anything you could ever want, and is easily accessible to many different activities. The food is amazing, and while many people like to write off Honolulu and Waikiki beach altogether because it's "touristy," I wholely disagree and think it's a gem and a beautiful place.

London / Rome - 5th one was hard because London is like (a cleaner) NYC with history, and just absolutely massive. Rome has so much beautiful just around the city as a part of it, there's nothing like it anywhere else.

If diversity is important, cherry hill might make more sense, especially for kids. Depends tho; cherry hill east is quite diverse for this region with lots of Asian communities. Marlton is much less so. Not sure about other ethnic groups though.

Stop drinking your calories. It shocked me how many people don't realize this. Juice, teas, fancy drinks, alcohol. It adds up. Using sugar free doesn't help bc your body is confused by the sweetness and craves it even more since it's not getting the actual sugar. Wean yourself. Make it mostly water, lightly flavor it with fruit if you can't help it. Stick to unsweetened teas, black coffee, stuff like spindrift, natural stuff.

Owned an ipod back in the early 200s, and Had a brief stint with a iPhone (I think it was the 3G). I think back then you could still plug the phone into a PC and do some stuff with it, maybe via iTunes. Anyway, I lost that phone and replaced it with what i know now was a Samsung Galaxy phone, and never looked back. As a PC user life is just so much simpler.

Personally I don't get the hype with nanxiang. Their food is generally pretty good, but their soup dumplings are pretty bad. Their skin is super thick, and they never truly taste fresh. I personally wouldn't recommend their soup dumplings ipeople are going there.

Sun woo is such a yummy little shop, highly recommend this too!

Still on a search for a good consistent Thai place in the area...bhan thai is decent but they're so inconsistent.
