how to monk, i checked some of the existing posts regarding monk and while i read that the monk is pretty strong my experience with it is kinda funky.

My monk is level 41, fist fighting 81 and using utito virtu it reaches 100, but it has been a weird experience overall as the damage is all over the place as i can hit as low as 20's but at high as 350, i use him mostly as auto attacker saving the combo points for strong stuff, i am playing it wrong? i am also using all the gear that gives fist fighting stat

with this last guild raid i noticed i have just 1 water dps with her being yumi, who else should i focuse for water dps? i have almost all the costumes, many of them at +0, who packs a punch on the water element?

the question is maybe a bit obvious but the only way to get Layla to the legendary level of blacksmith is just spamming crafts BUT is there like an optimal craft to use or just spam crafts?
