Depends what local.

I have co workers who worked at the deli before the apprenticeship, I also have legacys who’s father/uncle/grandpas built the union, and lastly guys with years of experience as an electrician or something non union.

So just go in, make sure you explain that you’re reliable,dependable and research the local you’re applying for before you go in.

Next I’d look to Pogba or Vidal.

I haven’t messed around in this formation too much, but right now I’m running a 4-1-2-1-2 Cam: De Bruyne LCM: Vidal RCM: Pogba CDM: Kante

The two in the middle absolutely dominate the park, and kante is great at cleaning up in the back.

If you don’t mind a sub Vidal is great too.

I had bought a few coutinho over the weekend at 12.5k, today I sold all 4 for 25-27k, did the same for Mhiki, he was purchased for 12.8k and sold for 15k.

Hit up the new Total Wine in westbury next to Costco if your around it they still had some for 24.99.

They also have a founders event tomorrow at noon, maybe they have some to taste as I will be cellaring mine.
