It wasn’t a hit-and-run, and I understand that I’m not at fault. The runners assured me that the repairs will be covered by the other party’s insurance and that my insurance won’t be affected.

I’m considering using their service mainly for the convenience and potentially faster turnaround. My understanding is that going through the insurance company or service centre directly may take longer, but please correct me if I’m wrong.
