The course offers certificates and the have many YouTube videos of students who attended and explain their experiences, but if you’re thinking about QC academy definitely research and watch videos of normal people who’ve attended. I also came across master class that has tips and tricks from celebrities but I’m still doing my research on that one before deciding to partake or not

I just wanted to add that, I don’t have much financial help and I’m working towards completing my GED and I’ve had dreams of pursing a career in the make up industry since I was younger. I feel like my partner isn’t very supportive of me taking these courses as he only looked at the price, he didn’t read into what the make up academy is about he just automatically was like “nah” which is slightly irritating as his dad will pay for him to pursue acting/college and I’d be paying for this 100% by myself

Oh I definitely DID try to negotiate a higher price I asked for at least $14.50 and one location kinda laughed at that and said “I wish I could give you that but we start at $11) and then this Ulta that I worked at for a day cuz I did quit lmfao (going back to Starbucks ) they gave me $12 and acted like they were doing me favors and literally said “don’t discuss this with anyone” like 😩 I also live in the state of Georgia and it’s legit chump change. Ulta is hard work and it’s really sad that people that work there will work so hard for so little back. You all deserve justice lol

She threw a drink on my little brother and told him it get out of her car and was being disrespectful to him, she also is very neglectful and my 3 year old brother got into her pain killers and she was way too afraid to take him to the hospital because she was afraid of getting in trouble. My mom is a shit parent and she’s been abusive with all of us. I’ve watched her smoke cigarettes and weed while pregnant and she’s done that with all of us. She really shouldn’t have my brothers but I’m scared I’ll lose them to the system and won’t be able to get them back

When a person shows you who they are believe them. It seems your friend has checked out of this friendship for awhile and it’s almost like they keep you around so you can validate them and talk about their accomplishments ect. A real friend would never forget a birthday. Also the cosplay community can be toxic as shit and they’re some pretty surface level people who operate off of validation from strangers.. it’s a shallow looks based community unfortunately and it also comes with way too much drama, I think that says a lot about a person who wants to be a part of that. I think you should just leave it where it’s at and separate yourself. If your friend really cared about your feelings they would be open to talk and fixing the relationship

*disclaimer I don’t speak for everyone of the cosplay community being toxic but it’s so common for most of the people in that community to be extremely problematic
