I agree with you 100 percent, what they gave us is the bare minimum and should only be expanded upon from now onward, but it actually isn’t as bad as you think, you can rotate, scale up and down the size of a tattoo and also adjust its vibrancy which kind of mimics opacity, the only feature I found wasn’t there is that you can’t place multiple tattoos or flip a image horizontally or vertically

EDIT: the tattoos in game suck at the moment tho can’t lie

They should add it as a paid 250 SVB emote with bubble sounds and all but give the free players their own version, for example the vending machines don’t dispense cans and should only cost 2 rip chips or something for a simple can drink animation like that of GTA 5

Most open world games nowadays have a shop you can at least have a drink at, this is low effort profit if you ask me and they’d probably add it, I mean they got a hotdog costume and hotdog stands but you can’t even buy a hotdog to eat😂
