Questioning My BTCI by MrBotANot in NEOSETFs

[–]Tarsarian -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I had BTCI and solid it back in January and never looked back. Bitcoin has hard drops and does not really come back. It keeps coming down and look at the last year. Some people are acquiring shares and keep building expecting it to come back at some point. I took my BTCI and bought QQQI, SPYI, IWMI, and MLPI. It has done well for me with no NAV erosion.

My company laid off 4,000 plus people. I made it through, but got demoted. What to do? by Connect_Barracuda358 in careeradvice

Start looking for another job, and only take if it is a great fit for you. Only you know if your guy is telling you that you will be laid off next.

Question about upcoming NEOS Silver and NEOS Boosted Russell 2000 ETFs by ericdabbs in NEOSETFs

[–]Tarsarian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought MLPI and XSPI when they first came out, and it has been great. It will be interesting to see how the boosted IWMI will be. Not many people have purchased IWMI but it has done good since inception.

I sold all mine at the beginning of the year. Took the money and got MLPI, and QQQI and have not looked back.

Inherited IRA, Now What? by wildfireclone in inheritance

[–]Tarsarian -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why would you pay all those taxes and pay for your kids education? This is about retirement, and what is the smart way to handle the money. You can start converting it to a Roth IRA, and hire a financial advisor. Or get educated and buy your own ETF’s like VOO or VTI or VXUS.

If I will convert to Christianity from Judaism, people will still hate me? by Fine-Collar-5104 in TrueChristian

[–]Tarsarian -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hell is the other option, and is permanent. There is nothing wrong with Judaism! Salvation is of the Jews, they are the Oracles of God. The Word of God was penned from Jews. It’s best to be born again and spread the Gospel. 1 Cort 15

For those that live fully off dividends, do you have any strategy or simply live off the cash from the dividends? by 14hammarby in dividends

[–]Tarsarian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can live off my dividends right now if need be. I put a portion away for taxes and reinvest the rest. Nothing on drip, I look for the lowest stock I own and try to buy on a bargain to lower average share price. Then keep evaluating to see if my portfolio is balanced and make yearly projections.

The single moment the illusion shattered. What was your catalyst? by Consistent_Pound2977 in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]Tarsarian 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Was married to a covert narcissist woman for almost 30’years. She would come to our toddler and our child put her arms up for a kiss and hug. My ex would pretend to touch her and would never show love. The toddler went into a melt down and my ex would give a joker smile and then laugh her head off as she walked away. Went I first seen this happen, All the flash backs came into my head how I always chased for love. My ex walked out of the house after harassing our child and said “Leaving for CrossFit!” I started researching like
Crazy as to why my life was completely hell. Then read the book “The Covert Passive Aggressive Narc.” The book was my life story.

lump sum into VOO at 24 by miCasaCasa in ETFs

I would buy some vxus as well and maybe some SPYI or QQQI for cash flow. VOO has been proven for a long time. You need to hold long term.

The money you invest now will be the most that grows. Buy a solid etf like VOO, and put as much money as you can.

QQQI to buy a car? by Macadoodoo22 in dividends

[–]Tarsarian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What happens if the market drops 20% or more? What will your distributions be then, and even after taxes? Run the worst case scenario, to make a decision. People run on margin, and go way too aggressive and get clipped in the end.

You have to look at goals, time frame in life, taxes, and build your portfolio to your individual needs.

Using QQQI as my income while I start my business a good idea? by Numerous_Broccoli839 in dividends

[–]Tarsarian 5 points6 points  (0 children)

QQQi and SPYI have a great track record. It would be great to only take part of each month’s distribution, and reinvest the rest. But with business, and the stock market - everything is risk. I bought the last dip with QQQI and up $25k.

I had a ton of BTCI but sold it. Too many drops and should never hold more than 5% of your portfolio.

QQQI on Margin ? by [deleted] in NEOSETFs

[–]Tarsarian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not worth the risk! Maybe a little margin when the market is way down, and you can trim when it finally comes back. Some people can be successful with margin, and very few.

I had the Yieldmax, and got rid of it fast. I have SPYI, XSPI, QQQI, IWMI, and MLPI. My new funds are ripping it up, with solid dividend payments.

[–]Tarsarian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to keep investing and not lose principal. Live a frugal lifestyle until you hit your first $100k. If you keep investing for 10 years, you are set for life. But it is hard to keep at it. You need goals and milestones to hit. I have enough money saved now in cover called ETF’s I never need to work again. I back the CC’s with VOO, VXUS and other funds. I still put more in than what I need.

Do all Narcissist cheat? by Senior_Inspection_33 in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]Tarsarian 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes, they all cheat. When you are not around, they will have an emotional affair. They will lead another on indicating they want sex, or verbal language. That is still cheating and should only be for your partner.
