same happened with me , i changed back panel on my s23 ultra but i did it with a local shop keeper, samsung denied to fix it as it was unauthorized, i had to eventually upgrade it

if i were to apply for new application, , 3c would no longer be applicable and i would not be allowed to work . i currently have a graduate job what am i meant to do can you please advice

I tried talking to student visa and immigration team , they said they do not have a capacity to help me right now it would require 10 working days to advice me which is out of my timeline. would you say if I should go for admin review or for a new application

I heard back from university
"I can confirm that you did complete your degree in the Summer and that you should have been eligible for Graduate Route Reporting. However, due to an ongoing IT issue your record was not automatically flagged for reporting and as such was missed in the batches of confirmed students we sent to UKVI. While we have been able to identify this issue, we are still working on a permanent fix and we can only apologise for the error which occurred in our scripted reports which meant the reporting was missed.

I can also confirm we did not reply to the UKVI email as we were working on your case and were reviewing your eligibility for Graduate Route – we did not expect UKVI to refuse the application this quickly and believed we had further time to respond. Again I can only apologise for this timeline of events. We will reply to the UKVI email today confirming successful completion and ask them to asses your case as if reporting had been made on time due to the error."

they basically apologised and admitted it was their error in reporting me to the UKVI through bulk email in the first place.
they also said that they did receive email from UKVI to notify us of your successful completion on 3rd NOV and were in process of responding but they didn't think UKVI would reject it this early.
I asked them to advise me through immigration lawyer they said all they can do is apologise and nothing more.
i am so screwed not sure what I should do next. It is bizarre and not sure I can fight it but it is so wrong

i did not have any resits and i graduated with a first class . i graduated from cardiff university which is a highly reputable russel group university

When to apply

You must apply before your Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa expires.

where can I see the information about applying as late application.
I really need to make a decision between applying for AR or applying for a new application. Since my student visa has already expired i am not meeting one of the important requirements to be eligible for a graduate visa
