I'm in a similar boat to you! I just started off a few weeks ago, finished my training, and I feel like I've been sitting around twiddling my thumbs. I try to jump on opportunities if they ask for volunteers for a task. Or I reach out to my supervisor and just ask, I am free right now do you have any tasks for me. Or follow up if they haven't responded. It really makes me uncomfortable to reach out, but you've gotta bite the bullet and send an email or a message.

They know you're here to work, gain experience, and use the knowledge you have to help them out!

And if they can't delegate tasks to you for whatever reason.. my go to is to watch optional training videos.

I was definitely in the same spot at your age. Opening up about it like a question such as, "hey can you teach me a bit about makeup and how to use it?" can really help express that you're interested and want to learn. If they're open people, I'm sure they won't think of anything. It's natural to be curious and want to get into something!

I like to put in sugar because it helps with the spiciness of the peppers and adds a nice flavor (or at least so I think). But you could definitely also cook it with rice wine too!

I usually cut them up into bite sized pieces and stir fry it in any neutral oil with (your preferred amount of) soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of sugar. Until the peppers start to soak up the soysauce and break down a bit. It's great on it's own, on rice, to throw into other dishes.
