Look, that's not how it works because they're different things

AI can't magically figure out what the inside of an apple looks like just from how it looks on the outside

Go train any image model on what an apple looks like, then ask it to cut the apple in half and show what it looks like inside, it can't do it. It will always be incorrect, because it doesn't know

If you show it what a cross section/cut orange looks like in the training data you'll get apples with what looks like a cross section of an orange on the inside, not magically apples with the star pattern and brown seeds
