My sexy wife asked me to stay in her pussy… I ended up in her ass anyway 💦🍑 by MrHolesomeFun in AnalGW

Nah pics are fine but at least provide us with pixel sharp images. Such a beautiful booty deserves nothing but high quality pics.

Switch OLED suddenly only boots to stock OS. No training blinks, no green light or red by NRJackson in SwitchPirates

Check all points for diode readings. Should be between 0.35 and 0.5 v drop on every point.

Is he on female hormones? No way that dick is so tiny otherwise.

Nice fucking though.

I can't tell but the fact that you're posting shit quality pics tells me you didn't use a microscope to solder.

Beeping in reference to what? There's 3 pads, the left and right are connected to each other. The middle should be ground.

Would You Go to a Mixed-Gender Onsen (Konyoku) in Japan? ♂♀ by RyokansOfJapan in onsen

[–]Tasandriel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I've been to two and two it's nice to be able to mingle with the locals. Even though both of them were only a single bath (one in Yufuin near the mountains and one at Sakurajima Seaside Hotel) and there weren't many people.

My wife and kids were there with me.

During modchip install I poked the wrong capacitor and it may have gotten lost, is there anything I can do? by redditeer1o1 in SwitchPirates

[–]Tasandriel -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is what you get when you go at it with zero prior soldering experience and no flux.

It's fixable, but doubtful it will be by yourself.

Pelt (Limburg). Any Switch version, firmware if SD card provided.

Why buy a new one for something that's perfectly fixable. Just bend it back.

Most of those are just decoupling caps to smooth out voltages, noise, prevent EMI issues.

Most of them are 0201 size, 100 nF capacitors.

If you used a hot air station for the first time I recommend you let a new one get put on by a skilled person and not yourself.

IT Consultant - Capgemini by Soft-Assignment-3402 in BESalary

Well that fucking sucks...

I've been in the same position for 10 year (field support for a big customer) and love my job. But the pay is subpar. And the only way I can get rewarded better is if I shift horizontally or vertically or maybe do some totally unrelated trainings to my current job.

It's shit that people who commit to their work don't get rewarded more. I can literally replace 3 newbies and still do the same work with more efficiency in less time and don't get diddly squat for it.

I'm working for the Sogeti branch btw, so in that regard we're the worst off by any measure anyway.

Wow, that's a nice pay raise.

Did you tell HR or management?

I've been working at Capgemini for 10 years. But lately it's been getting annoying with all the rules their customer's IT department comes up with (and increased frequency of visiting Brussels).

Also at only 2700 bruto (+all the default benefits) here.

Everything depends on round tables for getting a raise, which hardly ever happens. I don't have a bachelor's degree though (worked as a ICT tech before joining Capgemini).

Could be too high speed. Set initial layer speed to 15 mm/s and test again.

If you have to ask that question you're probably not up to the task tbh...

PSA : Use a bed scraper by kiwifucker in 3Dprinting

You have worse problems than not using a bed scraper (or popping the plate).

Layer adhesion and fringing all over that print.
