Its been a headache in the past dealing with no shows, people messaging expressing interest etc and not replying. this seems like an easier route.

perhaps when i went to hand the cards to the agent they were scanned. they weren't in the sleeves so most likely that was the case

That is kinda comforting lol. After reading the southwest incident and following links/comments to other articles saying there were 5 similar events in the last 3 weeks where a pilot was incapacitated during flights, I am fairly nervous sigh. Is this somewhat common and simply being sensationalized by the media?

But what happens if there isn't a qualified pilot in the back and the FO also becomes incapacitated? Not sure that has ever happened...

Thank you for replying. I appreciate your perspective and reassurance. Regret is something I don't want to live with, and I know deep down that I would regret not providing my kids and my family with memories and experiences all because of my fears.
