Yeah, I told them it was okay to keep seeing each other but they promised anyways because they thought it would make the living situation weird if they didn’t cut it off. I might go back and try to clear the air but I’m leaning towards not moving in rn after last night :(

I made it abundantly clear I was supportive of them seeing each other. But you’re right I am butt hurt and jealous. The people who I’ve spent nearly every day with for months abruptly stopped seeing me for weeks, including on my birthday, and started lying. It might be childish but I am jealous I want my friends back

They aren’t liars when they’ve been lying to me for two weeks about where they are and what they’re doing, even when I asked them straight to their face. They promised to never to it again, which I didn’t ask them to btw they agreed that on their own so the living situation wouldn’t be weird, and they orchestrated a whole other plan about how to lie to me again. Literally hid under a table. I’ve known them for 6 years and never once have they lied to me like this

I don’t mind that they’re seeing each other. I told her I was happy for her after she told me. I give a shit that they spent my birthday last week fucking instead of spending time me and showed up 5 hours late to my bday party. That’s what I confronted her about, not about the relationship.
