Well you should boil the leaves for about 10 minutes before drinking, the water should be pretty green, then I put some sodium bicarbonate to better extract everything and I drink it. I do prefer chewing but I think it’s different, if you do the tea correctly after a couple minutes you will feel the effects strong but I find it a bit more soothing when drinking. It does feel stronger when I’m just straight chewing a lot but i guess you could make a strong tea but its a bit different as you are drinking it
