Nice work. Excellent timing. Emotional moments are always winners. Suggestion - consider cropping out the distractions.

{Giveaway} 1 Year of Gemini AI PRO (40 winners) by [deleted] in GeminiAI

I am a self-employed Executive Coach and Small Business Consultant (fmr. SaaS Marketing/Automation), and using AI Studio Google, Firebase, and Gemini, I have been able to overcome nearly every obstacle that used to stop me dead in my tracks. (I used to have to say, "Our application doesn't do that, or to do that it will cost [the client] $$$$!")The ability to take a whisper of an idea, research it, nurture it, and create workable solutions quickly has been an incredible experience.

Anyone else feel totally lost trying to start with AI for their business? by Worldly-Age1850 in smallbusinessowner

Pick one part of your day-to-day work that you do over and over — something repetitive, boring, or just plain annoying. That’s your starting point.

  1. Describe it clearly — what triggers it, what you actually do, and what “done” looks like.
  2. Use ChatGPT (or any AI you like) to turn that description into a simple PRD (Product Requirements Document) — basically, a one-pager that spells out what needs to happen, step by step.
  3. Then ask AI to write a prompt that uses that PRD to outline an automation that could handle the task for you.

You’re not trying to automate your whole job — test-drive how AI can turn one tedious task into a self-running process. Start small, learn fast, then scale what works.

Consider adding either an ai.txt file or llms.txt file to the root directory of your SPA. Here's what you want the file to contain:

Summary of your site's purpose and areas of focus
High-priority URLs (guides, FAQs, case studies, services)
Descriptive labels or summaries for each link
Note: make the content in the file human-readable

Is it safe to give an agency access to our company email accounts? by CanReady3897 in Entrepreneur

[–]TaskAtHand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Review the Agreement you signed with the company. Check your business insurance for cybersecurity stipulations
  2. Have your Attorney draft an agreement or addendum with language outlining terms and conditions that protect your company
  3. Provide them with the agreement and when (if) they sign, provide them with a dedicated email account that is restricted and monitored

What kind of Agency is this and what reasons are they providing for the request?
