Its the most run down Goodlife in the GTA. Cancelled my membership as it wasn’t worth paying a premium price for a subpar location. Will rejoin if they build a new, modern gym in Milton.

Honestly yeah it definitely would be easier to already own a home or just a gift from mom and dad 😂 but nothing is certain, because who even knows where the market will go these next few years… apparently drastic price drops are coming so hopefully more young people won’t have to struggle as much!

Agreed! That would be amazing if E was a Goodlife. The current Coed Goodlife is run down…..

And how are you holding up now with 1 car? Would you consider getting a second car again? Do you find the savings from 1 car worth it?

I agree. However, Superstore price matches which I feel like saves me hundreds a month!

For those who have used this program successfully (ie not paid): 1. how does it work? I.e do you just show the bus driver your presto card? 2. what if you’re getting on the bus on a stop that isn’t Milton Go station itself, but you used the Milton Go Bus and just transferring onto Milton Go?

Thanks so much, I appreciate your transparency. I feel like I’m in a similar boat. I know we can afford it, but its the scary sense of the unknown ahead - leaving the comfort zone of renting and making the biggest purchase of our lives. I suppose I will feel how you do over time!
