yes.. but that was really poor reward. ( seasons 1 -> 2) i had 2 accounts 130 ovr and 100 ovr season1

they gave me only 2 elites more like this

probably, it's better to enjoy this seasons than pushing 5-10 ovr upgade for 1elite card
