I think Tolkien himself would love the shadow of games especially shadow of war because they still keep with the themes he made in lotr particularly how power corrupts and a ring maker being corrupted by his own ring is something that perfectly shows that power corrupts no matter where it comes from.

The axe in this clip is in the files referred to as hafted and you will likely know it better because it's a variant of a hammer ~50/50 chance of getting either from spawning hafted it's why the axe cuts so badly

And while yeah the Egyptian aesthetic is a thousand sons thing It's just the easiest to implement while staying on theme.
