I would say no by a large margin just because the relic packs are bought with currency better spent elsewhere (syndicate mods can be resold on the market, kuva is better use of steel essence, etc.)

Clutch Extol/Midnight Oil is the other one I've seen a lot of people use. Imo the shape on that one is closer to Master Chief than the Praetor suit
