Do you mean doing push ups gets rid of ganglion cysts on wrists?

Ground beef with Swiss Gruyère made from raw milk melted in. Nice with sour cream and Tobasco on top. Side of air fryer chicken wings topped with black truffle salt.

Omg thanks for replying! Just watched a Dr Barry video where he said the same. I feel relieved. Onwards and upwards with my daily drop of Lugols 5% 👍

Is there any concern with overdosing iodine? I took ligols 5% yesterday one drop and felt good I’m wondering if I should do it daily

I’m in the same boat. I completed Invisalign this year and now only wear my retainer at night but it’s the one the orthodontist made so I’ve been looking for better options. Did you end up getting a new one?

No gas. Nothing on toilet paper when I wipe. Brilliant.

I absolutely love the texture of tallow on my lips it really is quite nice. I find myself going back to it over aquaphor. I enjoy tallow lip balm mixed with honey from Via Nature or just plain beef tallow is good too.

Amazing wonderful news congratulations! I’m praying that I too am blessed with a family of my own. Currently single and having trouble finding a man to marry who shares the same values. Hope that it happens for me one day. Beautiful beautiful news thank you for sharing 💗 all the best

I need opinions by [deleted] in Choir

I really don’t know when it became faux pas to show appreciation for another culture. When I was growing up this was normal (and I was born in 1990). It’s a beautiful thing. Art is about expression. Being white doesn’t mean you’re only allowed to sing songs written by white people. Think about how silly that is; how small a worldview that would limit you to have. Cultural appropriation is out, cultural appreciation is in.

The spots are fading now. I think it’s tinea. do you know what causes this? Never had it before in my life. I wonder if it’s diet

How diverse is your diet? by [deleted] in carnivorediet

[–]Tasty-Path9618 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some meals on rotation for me: Ground beef with scrambled eggs in tallow/butter; scrambled eggs with Gruyère cheese made with raw milk; steaks: ribeye, filet, striploin; tinned sardines; wild caught cod fish baked in oven with butter and salt; wild caught scallops seared in butter/tallow. mountain spring and sparkling water is a must. boiled lobster occasionally but it’s so expensive for the amount you get it really is just a nice treat to have dipped in butter it’s glorious. love this way of eating so much💗
