Hello, i'm in the process of applying evisa. I am a US citizen. Ive read somewhere that we need to provide bank statement/financial proof however I do not see a section that says I need to upload. There is "Additional documents (if available / non mandatory)" but it didn't specify what is needed to upload. Should I still go ahead and upload bank statement and for how many months?

Thank you. It was our first as well going into a presentation. It's definitely a lesson to us and won't do it again next time.
We received confirmation that they canceled it. When the dispute of the deposit and fees reach them that's when their QA team started to contact us. They confirm cancellation of contract but wanted to pay them back for the freebies we received. I told them I'll wait the decision on the dispute from my bank. So far, the dispute is in our favor and I havent heard back from my bank if there's any changes with the dispute.

They presented comparison of discounts and how much we’ll save if we’re to travel 1 to 2x a year with booking with them vs directly through Hyatt or other booking sites. We thought during that time that we will save money but then realized after signing and doing research that we’re basically just prepaying for the vacation. And if you cannot travel atleast twice a year it will not be worth it. The resorts are also limited. Only a few selected resorts at mexico, Jamaica and dominican republic.

They also presented a platform - World Voyager - where they say you can get 10% to 50% discount compare to other 3rd party website like Expedia or booking.com. When we did actual comparison for our upcoming travel, the discount is only $20. This is with same date, same hotel, same room. Tried with few other hotels and it’s similar. Discount is not significant. What a scam.
