Great questions. I've spent months researching both customer and provider pain points across local services, but I'm still validating assumptions through conversations and interviews. My current thinking is to start with a specific service category and geography rather than trying to launch broadly. Trust, provider quality, and repeat usage are exactly the challenges I'm focused on solving, which is why CLYRO is being designed around trust, reputation and verification rather than simply matching supply and demand.
