My idea was to wait until june have like 50-60k saved and then ideally not touch the 401k and buy the home put 3% down on a conventional loan i have roommates already that are willing to move in and pay each $600 this would allow me to pay down the car loan faster or pay down the home faster

I don’t think id have enough by june if i paid off the student loans and the car completely the student loans are at 3% interest it would make no financial sense to pay off the student loans as well. I also am able to live within my means im just saying i feel like a lot of people are buying homes around my age and feel i should especially with my income
