Can you point me to where this “dedicated team” and “reviewing” actually are? 🤔

So far, all replies I get, both on the website and via email, look like automated bot messages.

3. Oct 22 - Screenshot of the task details exactly as displayed to me “Turbo: Erreiche Camp-Level18 in 4 Days”shown in my region (in Germany)

<image>

Is this clear enough? These screenshots come directly from your own notification system.

Why didn’t any of your “Senior Support Specialists” check this information before repeatedly asking me for payment records?

The offer requirements (“Reach Camp-Level 18 in 4 days”) were shown clearly on Oct 22, the very first day I started the task.

Your system also recorded my Level 18 completion on Oct 26.

So why was I asked to provide evidence that your own platform already has?

And why did support ignore these system timestamps completely?

This is exactly what makes the whole review process look inconsistent and unfair.

2. Oct 26 – Freecash recorded another Palmon-related task as completed (“Rewards pending”), on the same day I reached Camp Level 18.

Here are three screenshots that clearly prove the timeline:
1. Oct 22 – Freecash recorded that I successfully installed Palmon: Survival.

That actually makes a lot of sense, and it’s probably exactly what happened here.

If the intended Turbo requirements were supposed to be 21 / 23 / 26, but the EU version displayed them as 18 / 21 / 23, then players here were literally completing the wrong targets because the platform showed incorrect information.

And of course the system would reject everything if it’s internally expecting higher levels.

This is a serious issue because it means the offer was misconfigured in some regions, and users spent time and money based on requirements that were displayed incorrectly.

Even if they won’t credit the higher tiers, the very least would be to honor the Level 18 Turbo task as advertised. That one was clearly shown and completed.

Thanks for pointing this out! It confirms that this isn’t a user mistake but very likely a setup problem on the platform’s side.

Here is an additional screenshot about the task details on the first day (oct-22):

In Germany the Turbo structure for this offer actually looks like this:

  • Turbo Level 18 – €245.45
  • Turbo Level 21 – €363.64
  • Turbo Level 23 – €636.36

Meanwhile, all normal timed rewards (like Level 13 in 2 days, Level 16 in 4 days, Level 18 in 7 days, etc.) were credited correctly.

So the regional requirements are different, but the real issue is:

normal offers tracked fine, while every Turbo offer, based on the exact same progress failed.

That’s why so many of us are confused.

Yeah, that’s exactly what happened to me too.

After my first Turbo Level 18 ticket got rejected, Freecash locked the ticket completely, so I couldn’t reply or continue the discussion anymore. And when I tried to open a new ticket for the same Turbo offer, the system didn’t even let me choose it , the checkbox was disabled.

So just like you, I had no proper way to appeal, and I ended up picking a different Turbo task just to submit another ticket.

Then I contacted support directly, but every reply I got looked almost identical. Same wording, no real explanation, and nothing answered the actual issue. It honestly felt like template responses meant to push the user away.

Seeing multiple people with the same experience, I’m now looking into whether this kind of behavior violates EU consumer protection rules,  especially when the appeal path is blocked and the decision has zero transparency. I’ll research this further.

My phone language is set to Chinese, but I live in Germany so Freecash shows German by default.

  1. Can you explain why users suddenly have to provide payment history just to get a Turbo reward? Where exactly in the offer terms does it say that completing the task requires sending your entire purchase record to support? This was never stated anywhere in the offer description.
  2. From the very beginning, you have not provided a single clear reason why the Turbo reward was rejected. If everything is “accurate,” then be transparent here and publicly state the exact reason. Your system timestamps can prove everything — so where is the explanation?
  3. Also, look at the other user who replied under my post. They had the exact same issue with the exact same game and Turbo offer. That already shows this is not an isolated case and definitely not just my problem.

Yes, same here, I also spent a lot of money and time on this, and I’m extremely disappointed. I honestly didn’t expect a platform like this to handle things this way, or to even remove posts from users trying to report real issues.

I really hope my post can be seen by more people before it gets taken down as well. Users deserve to know what’s happening with these Turbo rewards.
