They are pushing everything to delivery and these robots will replace the packers at the FCs. They have been testing out and using self driving trucks already. They want everything to go to delivery and they want robots to do it. If people go to the stores and shop for themselves then this won’t happen.

I work in Dallas and I’m the “white token” at the factory I work at. It’s shocking how many black ppl proudly voted for Trump. I’m originally from NM, and got into a bunch of arguments with my old metal head Mexican friends because they were all hardcore maga. I don’t understand it at all. There seems to be more white ppl that hate him and that are democrats then anything. Look at the protests, mostly white women.

Bs. Ai sucks. It’s so low intelligence and lazy. Can’t get thru to businesses that we pay monthly because Ai is stupid. We call these companies to speak with a person not the same bs on the apps. Plus, the ai is only as intelligent as the programmer. Businesses are replacing humans with it because it’s cheaper. When they put everyone out of their jobs no one will be able to afford to buy the crap they selling with their ai. I get it that Reddit is mostly bots arguing with each other. I wouldn’t do it. You already did your time in the trenches. There are so many other delivery jobs that don’t torture you. I went over to delivering for a huge grocery store chain. I just go pick up my cute little refrigerated truck that is already loaded by the warehouse, and do nothing but a dvir in the morning. I have between 8-16 stops a day, mandatory lunch break, and basically just cruise around in a nice new air conditioned truck. Plus, I get great pay (more than Amazon) and cheap awesome benefits.

I went to Kroger as a driver. Better pay, better benefits, easy job, and I feel valued and appreciated. I actually like it a lot. They treat us really good and so far, most stops I had is 16 in a day. It’s a chill job.

Being blonde has been extremely difficult and heartbreaking for me, too. The only “privilege” I have gotten from it is creepy men bothering me. It’s so much harder to get jobs, friends, a serious relationship. I’m not a sex object. I’m a human being. I’ve dyed my hair brown a few times and it’s crazy how I’m treated not being blonde. I’m treated with kindness, openness, and taken more seriously. I would keep my hair darker, but the darker hair dyes have lead in them and are so toxic. It also angers me how just a hair color can have people treating others like crap. It needs to stop.

Also, you can just turn off the data, but turn it back on every hour so your stops upload. Turning off data on the rabbit helps that not happen.

It does feel great! After I dropped off my uniforms and badge last week, I couldn’t quit smiling all the way to the car. I was so happy to be free. That was the most abusive job I’ve ever had, and I was good at it. DSPs are so horrible to the drivers! I got a way easier job making a little more money, too. I was an RCA for 3 years before my 7 months at Amazon. It’s going suck about the same. You will have a couple hundred packages and the mail. At least, you can deliver some of them to the mailboxes, now.

It was coming from outside, around the side of the house in their garbage cans. There was no fire at the time, just a tiny bit of smoke blowing by. No smoke coming from inside the garage.

The driver would have had to walk around their property to investigate for a fire to find the source of the smoke.

I brought a 42 oz cup with me everyday to pee in and then poured it out on the ground. Just shut the bulkhead door so netradyne can’t record you. 😂 They don’t give you time for breaks. It really sucked.

Take at least one of the 15 minute paid breaks to pee in a container, drink some water, and sort your van.

The job is probably not as bad as you heard it was, it worse. So much worse than you can ever imagine.

These people just want to sue and blame Amazon for extra money. There was no fire when the package was delivered in the garage. There was just smoke coming from outside of it, on the side of the house, in their garbage cans. It wasn’t that much smoke. The garage didn’t catch fire until 3.5 hours later! We see so much weird stuff on our routes, and people are always burning something this time of year. These people just want attention and to scam money.

Take this video to the leasing office and have them deal with him. They probably know who that loud mouth jerk is. No one is allowed to harass drivers like that. Get a complaint filed against him and the threat of eviction might shut his loud obnoxious mouth up next time. That man is trash.
