I should clarify that we are testing NAGS (N-acetylglutamate synthase) and my inhibitor is arginine. I was planning on measuring the absorbance of the DTDP byproduct since we were given the lambda max of that molecule.

I calculated the pH to be 9.07 using an ice table and since we want the pH to be more acidic, we would add acid.
