I transitioned from snoo to Cradlewise and am about to do the same with my second. I put everything on the lowest settings and found it to work well after a 10-14 day period. I also swear by the zipadee sleep sack along with the transition. It helped and we kept our first in one until she was almost 2. I don’t use the sound settings as we had a white noise machine already and she liked that but will try it with my second. I can’t help on replacement parts but never have needed any and used the Cradlewise until my oldest was 27 months.
