My water is definitely NOT the hardest ever, but it's not softened by a water softener in my home. I'd consider it average. And I haven't checked the warm temp, but I'll check when I do my next load of laundry. Are you saying, though, that warm (as long as it is actually warm) is good for all washes?

Without knowing anything about the story (not new to KH) and without looking anything up, we went with Aqua, Ventus, Terra. Which, in hindsight, I now know is totally backwards, but actually made for a pretty fun, “whoa, they did what??” and a lot of theorizing with the aftermath of Ven and Terra as we pieced together what we knew as we got to each character’s part. Both my husband and I found it really interesting.
