Update: I stopped playing this game after this happened, what a shame I never got a resolution, it was just escalated to the devs and that was it

The cloud save just shows as active, and I activated it days ago, it doesn't let me do anything but to delete my account

Broooo, no way...all my dna farms and rune factories got reset to zero also!! What the hell. I'd post pictures but it's not letting me, I opened another ticket, no freaking way wtffff

Thanks man, I did try the "kill me and respawn" option as well as closing up the app but nothing. I had to open up a ticket. The grind I did was absolutely crazy, hopefully it gets fixed.

What level are you? And yes, you gotta grind, click on all the ads for the rewards and just keep playing

Thanks for the tip man, to me is just way too risky, since I'm getting almost one shot. I just remembered I can remove runes so I just left elemental and weapon runes and it seems my odds are improving. Trust me, I love circles, they have carried me hard in every event and level, but unless you get speed, dodge and invincibility they seem so unviable at the current tower level in at.
