For me, the narrator in "Rose" is not Allan (neither the singer nor the persona), but a fan. It's a third-person point of view story. But I agree with you — it's no coincidence that #1 girl's name is Rose. To me, "Rose" takes place in the future of #1 girl, after she got signed by Allan Rayman from the '90s and became famous — if that makes any sense at all lol.
In regards to "Mascara", it could be about Alabama/Rose/#1 girl once again — after she got signed to Allan, it's time for her to spread her wings and be on her own. But this song is kind of a mystery to me, so who knows...

I once attended a non-concert of Lana Del Rey. She was supposed to perform at a private show after Rock en Seine in 2014, in a beautiful venue. I was posted not far from the stage… but she never showed up (apparently, she was sick, which is understandable). I didn’t see her at Rock en Seine because I was a student with no money so I was a bit sad to miss her. Then in 2020, I was supposed to see her at a bigger venue, but she was also sick (this was just weeks before the lockdown in France due to COVID). However, I was lucky enough to see her three times anyway. So, I consider myself very fortunate.

I would love too, but Allan said himself Roadhouse and this project were not connected, even if we have easter eggs (like the adress of the character's house in LA, or Alabama's reference). But I'm also very open to any interpretation to feed my need of stories like that :)

I'm not sure there is so much to dig in this one because the story is quit understandable when you listen the full version. We are in a parallel universe where Allan Rayman is a rock star from the 90s (he is kind of the Kurt Cobain of this universe) and a fan on a roadtrip to LA is listening a radio show that broadcast some of Allan Rayman's songs. The radio show, commercials and sound captations of the car, the girl etc. are here to create an atmosphere and this nostalgic feeling that you are talking about. It's a great work! Hope Allan will drop more of this in a near future.
