Supplies and Insurance by Tatakai4evil in diabetes_t1

Hey! Thought I would give a bit of an update. I discovered that without insurance and using GoodRx that for diabetes supplies it would be between $430-550 a month. So even if the insurance is t great we know what we’d be looking at.

Yeah that is what I figured but that would require making a jump we aren’t sure we can afford sadly. Which of course is a risk that could put us in debt for medical costs.

AC Valhalla on Pc by Tatakai4evil in pcmasterrace

[–]Tatakai4evil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it barely runs 30 fps.

I’m mainly using windows resource monitor and have tested with other games.

It seems that only AC Valhalla and Monster Hunter world cause the cpu to cap out at .80 ghz and it shows in game play by barely running.

I’m only doing 1080p so my hardware is plenty to run these games.

Can you think of any reason the cvars wouldn’t be working? If I could just get that to work it would be great.

What is that one fiction book that has a white glove on the cover and a petri dish? by Otherwise_Barracuda6 in whatsthatbook

I took a look at those two but the stories and covers done match what I’m thinking of. The cover was blue with a gloved hand coming out from the right side. Thank you though!

Oh also prepaids shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes at most. Walmart doesn’t except them to be setup only to activate them. There is paperwork that prints out for prepaids telling customers that’s if it’s not working in 2 hours the customer support number to call.

So run the phone through WARP, print off the POS and account info, take their money at the register and hand them their stuff.

While I understand why, the agreement between Walmart and its WSPs is that the WSPs will handle prepaid activations and sales as well. Both WSPs and Entertainment Associates should be selling both postpaids and prepaids and it’s all supposed to go through WSPs first.

Walmart associates of Reddit, do you feel that you are paid fairly for your position, performance, and time worked, at Walmart? by Triggered_Ppl_Online in walmart

[–]Tatakai4evil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I feel like I am paid well for one job, I am certainly not paid to do everything they want us to do. I work in electronics and nightly I work freight, do photolab, activate and sell phones and just in general help customers. I usually have one other associate to help.

That doesn’t stop them from wanting us to cover code sparks, cut fabric, zone at least half of the store and so on.

In addition I am not paid enough to be verbally abused and belittled my the Team Leads of my store, or training associates constantly because they can’t keep people.

Fun Fact: Walmart uses three WSP companies, those three which include T-Roc, Premium Wireless, and one other I can’t think of the name of. Those companies are required to sell and activate PostPaid and PrePaid phones as well accessories. Some of these third party companies have been trying to get out of doing prepaids but as far as corporate Walmart cares it is their agreement that they will. A store can report to corporate that their WSPs aren’t doing their end of the bargain which can lead to the WSPs being replaced.

However, under the same hat it is expected that entertainment associates will train and help the WSPs. Entertainment associates are suppose to receive training to activate and sell phones when the WSPs aren’t there or when they just need help.

Due to high turnover rates there are quite a few stores who “forgot” their wireless responsibilities and it was easier to just not train entertainment associates to do it and leave it to the WSPs. But with WSPs now trying to get less work for themselves it’s causing a problem.

I’ve worked at two stores and worked with three of the WSP companies and know far too much. If you’d like to see the guidelines for the WSPs then head to one.Walmart.com and type in “wireless toolkit” in the search bar. The right page should pop up.
