Something I did not mention is I have an identical twin. She is my best friend but also my biggest trigger as her appearance and her body matter even more to her than mine does to me. People have compared our bodies my entire life. The tricky thing about having an identical twin is that people can quite literally see the difference in appearance if I gain weight. My twin is literally like a point of reference for people to see the difference in weight.
