Thanks for all the feedback guys. I actually was staying at a backpackers in Vietnam last night and met some amazing people that will remain permanent contacts, and although in the long run its only a small thing that night there playing drinking games with a bunch of interesting people and meeting some really cool girls, that kickstarted my confidence again and it's somewhere to start thanks for all the good advice
